                                    Silencer

                          In this project we are going to reduce the pollution effect of engine exhaust and generating electrical power from the exhaust gas.

                      The exhaust manifold of engine is fixed with silencer , the exhaust consists of monoixide , co2 , carbon and other pollutants. In this the pollution is reduced and power is obtained by some external setup in silencer as shown in fig. 

It consists of 

Silencer
nozzle 
impeller blades 
dynamo and
monoixide cylinder 

Working:

As the engine exhaust is supplied with monoixide from cylinder hence the monoixid in exhaust is raised as oxygen by molicular mixing, and hence the volume and pressure also increased by additional supply , this pressurised gas is supplied with nozzle to the impeller plades so the plade starts rotatin , ths rotation is used to dynamo rotation, hence the electrical power is gain by the dynamo.

PATTERNS

PATTERNS:              From the design, provided by an engineer or designer, a skilled pattern maker builds a pattern of the object to be produced, using wood, metal, or plastic; other materials to be used can be polystyrene or even sand strickled into shape. The metal to be cast will contract during solidification, and this may be non-uniform due to uneven cooling. Therefore, the pattern must be slightly larger than the finished product, a difference known as contraction allowance. Pattern-makers are able to produce suitable patterns using ‘contraction rules’.
