HAND OPERATED MIXI WITH DOUBLE JAR
SYNOPSIS
The main aim of the project is to save the electrical power, time consumption during the vegetable processing in homes, hotels and fast food stalls. The power source is considered to be mechanical power due to its availability. This arrangement consists of handle, spur gear, container and cutting blades.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
 The vegetables are poured into the container. The blade are arranged inside the container which is shown in the line diagram. The blade are rotated manually by using the handle. The handles are connected to the gear attachment. The gear attachment is used to increase the speed of the blade rotation.
In this equipment, we can grind vegetables by using manual rotation power. This process requires no electrical power. This type of system is very useful for home and fast food stalls.
